This isn’t a checklist. It’s a mindset.

In a world obsessed with filters, fads, and fast results, The Process invites you to slow down, get honest, and take back control of your health journey.

Written by Ron Green, functional fitness coach and owner of PT Fitness, this book distills years of coaching, mindset work, and client transformations into one powerful, practical guide.

Inside The Process, you’ll discover how to:

  • Shift your mindset for long-term transformation—not temporary motivation.
  • Ditch diet culture, gimmicks, and the “all or nothing” trap.
  • Navigate personal challenges—whether that’s food, alcohol, or burnout.
  • Apply a proven three-pillar method: Heart, Focus, Power.
  • Create accountability with compassion—not shame.
  • Finally feel at peace in your body, your habits, and your life.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being honest, consistent, and present.

This book is for you if:

You’ve tried every program and still feel stuck.

You’re tired of “starting over” every Monday.

You want wellness that fits real life—not Instagram.

You crave structure and flexibility.

You’re ready to own your journey—and finally make it stick.

Meet Ron.

Ron Green is a wellness coach and fitness expert who has been helping individuals and organizations improve their health and wellbeing since 2007. As the owner of PT Fitness, Ron has been committed to developing positive lifestyles for his clients by meeting them where they are and integrating healthy behaviors into their daily routines.

In addition to running PT Fitness, Ron is also the director of the Race on Race Street, an annual event that includes a half marathon, 10K, 5K, and 5K Ruck. His passion for promoting fitness and wellness extends beyond the fitness studio, as he also founded the successful mud run for kids called the Dirty Scurry (retired in 2015).

Ron's dedication to wellness led him to create Focus Evolution in 2017, a company that facilitates or supplements corporate wellness programs. He brings his extensive industry experience to the table to help companies develop wellness initiatives that improve the health and productivity of their employees.

Prior to his work in the fitness industry, Ron worked in the restaurant industry, serving as the director of operations for a franchise owner and even co-owning a Sonic Drive In. Despite his success in this field, Ron was drawn to the fitness industry as a way to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Ron holds numerous industry credentials, but at the end of the day, he sees himself primarily as a wellness integrator. He is passionate about helping individuals and organizations make sustainable changes to their lifestyle and achieve their health and fitness goals.
