Our mission is to create a safe and engaging environment where individuals can improve their health and fitness. While we aim to train for the PT Fitness Race on Race Street, our focus is on overall wellness and personal growth. We promote wellness by educating the community on running techniques, stretching, and nutrition. Join us to become healthier in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.

What to Expect:

  • Warm-Ups: Start each session with a structured warm-up to get you ready for the run.
  • 5K run (PT Fitness Race on Race Street course)
  • Performance Enhancement Tips: Learn techniques to improve your running efficiency and endurance.
  • Nutrition Tips: Discover the best dietary practices to fuel your body and optimize your performance.
  • Mythbusting: Get the facts and debunk common myths that are common in the running community.
  • Clinics: Participate in clinics like foam rolling to aid in recovery and prevent injuries.
  • Vendor and Partner Participation: Engage with our vendors and partners who bring valuable resources and products to our community.
  • Raffles: Sign up and join our raffles held on the first Saturday of each month for exciting prizes.
  • You vs. You Environment: Focus on personal progress and challenge yourself in a supportive and non-competitive setting.
