FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Functional training uses bodyweight, free weights and rather than machines. Functional exercises involve multiple joints and moving in multiple planes — meaning forwards and backwards, from side to side and rotationally. These exercises often look similar to movements you’d make in your daily life such as lifting dog food into the car or carrying bags of groceries.

Our PT Fitness (PTF) Workout - Functional HIIT

High intensity circuit-style session combining movements to strengthen muscles while burning calories. Utilizes body weight, tires, ropes, rings, weights, and more. Dynamic & functional group workout in a supportive community for all fitness levels with modification & progression options available.

Our specialized focus on programming ensures that you will be able to begin at your current level of fitness and progress toward greater strength, agility, flexibility and balance that will serve you in your every day life.

All workouts include dynamic stretching warm up, core, and balance to prepare you for the workout.
