What is Therapeutic Yoga?
Therapeutic Yoga is the practice of integrating the mind and body through gentle movement and intentional breathing practices to create a felt sense of safety in the body.
Each therapeutic yoga session includes an opportunity for choice and action through conscious breathing, present moment awareness, mindfulness in movement, and integrative rest.
