New this year! Join us for our 5K Ruck - Open. This is a you vs. you ruck, meaning weight is your choice—no official weigh-ins, no strict requirements. Whether you go light or challenge yourself with more weight, it's all about pushing yourself. This rucking event welcomes participants of all fitness levels to experience an exciting endurance challenge. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned rucker, this is a great way to get active, meet fellow ruckers, and enjoy a unique fitness experience. Finisher medals will be awarded, but there will be no official winners—just a great time on the course with fellow ruckers!

Led by performance expert, physical therapist, and owner of Imagine Performance Therapy, Dr. Devin. Each session will give you practical tools to train with purpose, avoid injury, and balance running with the rest of your life.

Whether you’re a beginner, chasing a PR, or somewhere in between, this series is for you.
