This class focuses on more than fitness, it also assists clients to achieve their overall goals towards a healthier lifestyle. When you are facing a more significant amount of weight loss, expert guidance, positive encouragement and specially designed workouts can go a long way in your journey. This class is taught by Nichole, a trainer who has personal experience with her own weight loss journey.

About Nichole
Early on I discovered the need for movement in my life to fight depression. I learned that my lifestyle directly affects my mental state. To that end, I work to make choices that align with feeling stronger mentally and physically.
After my personal experiences with clinical depression and watching loved ones struggle with debilitating, preventable disease and injuries, I realized my Heart is to work with people on prevention. My Focus is learning what people are capable of and helping them break down roadblocks to help them grow stronger physically and mentally. My Power comes from celebrating each victory along the path toward their goals.
